*To be respectful of the medical needs of our community, please call promptly if you are unable to attend your appointment. If you must cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you call 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your timely cancelation will give another patient access to our medical care. To help avoid "No-Shows" we do require a $81 deposit from new clients. Please note, this deposit will go towards paying your balance at your first visit. However, for clients who do not give an appropriate notice or "No Show", the deposit will be nonrefundable.
